The airdrop craze has been catching lots of attention since Jito airdropped 5+ figures worth of their token to over 10,000 users late last year.

Since then, many have tried to jump on board and make money from airdrops, but many have missed the opportunity Tensor brings to the table.

Why so many disregarded Tensor 😱

• People focused on how much a protocol had raised from investors, and Tensor raised much less money than many other protocols did.

• Tensor did not appear on any TVL rankings which was used by many farmers to decide which protocols they should prioritize and allocate funds to.

• Points gained by users were hidden throughout the last 6 months, and rankings were only updated once a week, which put many people off.

Why Tensor will be a massive cook! 👨‍🍳

• Getting to the top 2k on the leaderboard was very doable if you had about 10 sol to work with and used the protocol for a few months consistently. (This amount of capital in other protocols would not have even got you into the top 30k users in several months).

• Many people who barely farmed the protocol with under 10 sol for a few weeks got ranks within the top 5k.

• Since the airdrop will have a linear distribution, in other words, more points = more rewards, this means that the rewards will largely be concentrated and given to those who placed in the top 5k, and I have a feeling that those with ranks outside of the top 10k have a relatively negligible amount of points.

Tensor’s possible valuation at launch 🤔

Well, this is highly speculative, but we know the following about other Sol ecosystem tokens’ FDVs (fully diluted valuations) that airdropped their tokens:

• $JUP: $14 billion

• $W: $10 billion

• $JTO: $4B

While Tensor is different than all these protocols, it is similar in function to $BLUR, which has a $1.6 billion FDV, but you know what they say, new token = good token.

Based on this, I can see Tensor’s FDV launching at about a $2.5 - $3.5 billion FDV.

Tensor will announce how much they have allocated towards the airdrop at 10 AM ET. If I have to guess, i would expect about 8-13% of the token supply being allocated to the airdrop at TGE.

Since points were hidden, there truly wasn’t any real pre-market speculation on the value of the $TNSR token, but based on my predictions, I have strong conviction that this could very well be a mid to high 5 figure airdrop for me, which ain’t bad at all!
